The Talent Transformation Guild is building a community where people in leadership roles in talent can come together to share experiences and to shape the future of talent management as a profession. It is led by Eric Shepherd and Martin Belton. Eric is also making a big contribution to the community through his leadership of the PIEEE 1484.20.2 standard Recommended Practices for Defining Competencies.
