Steven Forth
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer
Steven is responsible for Ibbaka’s strategic direction and key relationships. He is an expert in marketing strategy (segmentation, targeting, revenue models, pricing), human & organizational performance, learning and knowledge management. Named one of the top 10 pricing authorities in the world by OpenView Venture Partners, Steven has helped companies from Fortune 500 to start-ups drive returns and increase profits. Steven also serves as CEO and Director at TeamFit a company he co-founded. Prior, he founded and served as CEO at LeveragePoint Innovations, Inc., a firm that provides a value-based pricing platform. He served as the Vice President of Online Solutions at Monitor Group, later Monitor Deloitte, where he enabled rapid growth for clients. Steven is frequently found with books at hand, on a bike, enjoying his family, poetry, cooking and watching the Gilmore Girls.

Karen Chiang
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer
Karen is responsible for Ibbaka’s overall strategy, operations, and product direction. She ensures that Ibbaka clients derive continuing value from Ibbaka's solutions. As a senior consultant, Karen’s domain interests and expertise include go-to-market strategy—specializing in market segmentation and pricing. She is passionate about performance, the team and the dynamics needed to achieve managed growth. Karen is also the COO of TeamFit. Prior, she managed a technology services provider of enterprise applications (custom, IBM and Microsoft). A strong supporter of innovation, Karen is an angel investor through E-Fund, where she is involved in due diligence on early-stage companies. She is also a mentor with the SHAD Valley program. Karen now spends her free time rereading the classics with her high-school-aged children and enjoys the great food of Vancouver. She loves to travel, and exploring different cultures and food.

Lee Iverson PhD
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Lee is passionate about doing work that significantly poses a challenge. His experience in software engineering and research is truly diverse, but the common theme is making systems more intelligent so that they are better able to interact with users. Lee has a Ph.D. in computer vision and the centre of his recent endeavour around artificial intelligence, machine learning, privacy and security. Lee also can be found with a book or his iPad. A deep learner, and a great teacher as a result, Lee can provide insightful commentary on a wide range of topics: sports, music, film, literature, language... the list is long.

Amar grounds us in the reality of how companies work and what people want to achieve in their careers. A leader in the talent management industry (he was co-founder of Thinq, which was acquired by Saba in 2005), he has led the development of the systems used at some of the world’s largest companies for learning and talent management.

Rashaqa Rahman MBA
Senior Consultant, Analyst
Rashaqa is an experienced business strategist and value pricing consultant who has worked with some of the world’s most innovative companies.
She specializes in voice of the customer research, value quantification and value positioning, which is foundational to data-driven and defendable, value based pricing.
Before joining Ibbaka, she worked in the finance industry and brings those skills and experience to her work.

Edward Wong
Value-Based Pricing Strategist
Edward is focused on delivering constant and ongoing value to Ibbaka’s customers. He is actively engaged in applying generative AI to the generation and evaluation of value and pricing models, as well as to the scaling of interaction testing for these models. He writes on pricing and value on the Ibbaka Value Pricing Blog.

Implementing creative approaches within the inbound marketing realm for Ibbaka, Liam is responsible for raising awareness and consideration while fostering internal/external relationships by helping Ibbaka develop forward-thinking strategies for future success.

Designer
Experienced Graphic Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry and E-learning. Skilled in Vector Illustration, 2D animation, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, and Typography. Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor's of applied design focused in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Vancouver and The Institute of Design in Caracas.

Warren Taylor leads Ibbaka’s development, ensuring high-quality delivery of our applications and products. He brings reason and logic to strategic and operational decisions. Warren uses his practical, creative and inquisitive mind to develop elegant solutions. A loving husband and father, Warren and family can be found biking and hiking year-round.

Gregory Ronczewski
Director of Product Design
With over 30 years of multidisciplinary design experience, Gregory brings simplicity to user interaction. By applying a Service Design approach, Gregory explicitly examines experiences and emotions that are often overlooked but have a profound impact on decisions. He has a Master's Degree in Architecture and a second Master’s in Design.

Board Chair
Kirk is a Senior Executive and Leadership Coach with 35 years of proven results as an executive building profitability growth in technology businesses. Leveraging a breadth of experience in marketing, financing and operating high-growth technology companies, Kirk has had a transformative impact on the companies he engages with. Before moving to an investor and advisory role, he was CEO of NBS Technologies, a global provider of equipment and software to the smart card industry. Kirk contributes to Vancouver’s technology start-up community as an Executive in Residence for the BC Innovation Council.

Karen works closely with C-level and executive teams to drive strategic investments that will increase growth and valuation. Her key interests are understanding what feeds performance, specifically in the area of creating continuous and positive engagement.

Malcolm Collings
Board Director
Malcolm is a general manager by training and an entrepreneur by nature. He invests in private growth firms and works with them on execution or commercialization issues. Malcolm has invested in and been a director of several Vancouver-area media and communications technology companies over the past 15 years, including Mailchannels. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s School of Business Administration, he has a special interest in fostering innovative projects in the areas of environmental sustainability and social justice. Malcolm is an accomplished yachtsman and understands how skills and teams can combine to drive success.
